INFORMATION REGARDING ENBRIDGE ENERGY LP Michigan Pipeline Project

On August 12, 2011 Enbridge Energy LP filed an Application with the Michigan Public Service Commission to Replace, Construct and Operate a Segment of Pipeline for the Transporation of Crude Oil and Petroleum from its Stockbridge Pump Station to its Ortonville Station.  The proposal encompasses land in Ingham, Livingston and Oakland County Michigan.  The Application was assigned Case # U16838 and all of the pleadings in this case can be viewed, downloaded and/or printed from the website of the MPSC.  A direct link to these case pleadings can be accessed from the link below.  Also, the Hearing Schedule and Map for Constitution Hall, where the hearings are being held, are provided.  Constitution Hall is at 525 W.
